Charlie Wilson's War is a great last film, Philip Seymour Hoffman steals it.
The Birdcage this high? It's fun, but not top 3 material.
Working Girl is pure comfort viewing for me.
No Angels in America here, I know it's TV but it's some of his best work.
The Graduate first is the obvious pick but it's obvious for a reason.
Silkwood deserves better than sixth, Meryl Streep is incredible in it.
Closer is so mean and so good. Underrated in his filmography.
Hard disagree, The Birdcage is perfect comedy. Gene Hackman in drag alone.
Virginia Woolf over The Graduate for me. Taylor and Burton are terrifying.
