# The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025

Maido in Lima, led by Mitsuharu "Micha" Tsumura, was named the world's best restaurant at the ceremony in Turin on 19 June 2025, ahead of Asador Etxebarri in Atxondo, Spain, and Quintonil in Mexico City. Spain has four restaurants in the top 50, and Bangkok is the best-represented city, with six. This is the 1-50 list of the 2025 edition, voted by more than 1,100 critics, chefs and food experts.
