# The 25 highest summits in the Pyrenees

Aneto, at 3,404 m on the Spanish side, is the highest peak in the Pyrenees, ahead of Posets and Monte Perdido. Vignemale (3,298 m) is the highest point of the French Pyrenees. To avoid counting the same ridges ten times, the list only includes summits over 3,000 m with at least 100 m of prominence, based on the list of Pyrenean three-thousanders.
