Spain has 16 restaurants with the Michelin Guide's highest distinction in its 2025 edition, presented in November 2024 in Murcia, when Nacho Manzano's Casa Marcial became the first three-star restaurant in Asturias. Here they are in order of seniority, from Arzak (1989) to the newest, with chef and town. Barcelona, with four, and Gipuzkoa, with three, account for almost half.
