Brazil is the one I keep coming back to. Gilliam at his most unhinged, in the best way.
The Plague Dogs traumatised me as a kid, I genuinely thought it would be like Watership Down. It was worse.
Salaam Bombay! being here made my day. Mira Nair's first feature and still one of her best.
No Withnail and I, no Local Hero, no My Beautiful Laundrette... AlloCiné voters clearly had other priorities.
Platoon and The Fly as British films? I know it's co-productions but that one surprised me.
